Before Your League Racer was started as a video game, it was in development as a tabletop racer.

Early on, focus was on how to achieve a balanced economy of xp which back then was used both for Race Team builds and cash.
This is where development started on the algorithm that defines how the cars move around the race track. This proprietary algorithm serves as a foundational starting point for Your League Racer.
With the tabletop game, finding simple solutions to simulate racing systems was imperative and is key to the philosophy of Your League Racer.
This track was the last designed for the old small cars.
This track pretty much sums up what was beginning to happen. There was just too much going on to keep up with using pen and paper.
At this point with more than a dozen track variations on the same board it was stopped and changed to the bigger collector type cars.
A pivot was made and the new model was one where you use your own cars. I wanted many series in my game so yes I bought all of these cars and more just to develop the game! P.S. look closely and you’ll notice a certain red team and green team missing because they want for one car what I paid for all the rest combined.
Each track is designed to reflect real life counterparts and several different racing series. 16 tracks have been designed and will be ported to Your League Racer.
